They were really nice too ensure my needs were met and even made reservations for me at great restaurants and a Tango show. The location of the hotel in the Recoleta neighborhood was safe and convenient, with easy access to all the major tourist attractions. The studio room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a comfortable bed, a small kitchen, and a dining table. The quiet ambiance of the hotel made it a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the city. I highly recommend Bens - Recoleta Park for an lovely stay in Buenos Aires.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the center of this city. The location is amazing, with easy access to all the major tourist attractions. It is situated in a decent neighborhood, close to restaurants in Santa Fe Ave. The staff was very cute and helpful, providing me with all the necessary information about the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, and the facilities were well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious, with a nice array of organic produce and vegan options.

The front desk staff are friendly and helpful, providing recommendations and making reservations. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-lit, with comfortable beds and a small kitchenette for added convenience.
The hotel could benefit from adding one more hook in or near the bathroom to hang a bath towel for reuse.
